Fire detectors

The fire detectors of the FAS fire alarm system are intended for detecting fire in its early phase. The detectors have sensors: heat, smoke or combined heat and smoke sensors. Each type of detector can be equipped with an additional optical indicator. The detection systems used in the detectors ensure certainty and reliability in detecting fire appearance. Heat detection is carried out using a 4-thermistor ambient temperature measurement system, while the smoke detection process is carried out using a photodiode system that uses the phenomenon of light scattering.
